Tom does great work and is very thorough. We always have him service our air conditioner in the Spring and our furnace in the Fall. So far, we haven't needed any emergency service but we are sure Tom would get us taken care of quickly. We highly recommend him and the Good Guy team for any furnace or air conditioner needs.

Two different houses, Two different furnaces replaced by Brian in 2023. While it is painful to the pocketbook to replace any furnace, Good Guys were the ones that I trusted. They were honest, fair and clean. I hope that I do not need them for another furnace in the near future, but they are the ones that I will call if I do.

This company is very efficient and thorough in all of our heating and A/C concerns and maintenance! Tom is always on time and spends quality time checking everything out.
