Integrity Heating & Cooling is a business that provides HVAC services. They are known for their excellent customer service, taking pride in their work, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Their technicians are helpful, such as one who moved a large pile of limbs from a street in Mooresville. Customers can expect quick service and a price that doesn't break the bank. Tony was able to send Rees and Michael first thing in the morning. Rees took his time to answer questions and explain what they did to fix issues. These guys really do live up to the name. They've helped so many times, limping old furnace/AC along. A simple capacitor change and refrigerant charge saved thousands.
We have been using Integrity's services for a while now. They have been to all three of the homes we have owned. Today, I called them at 8 AM because our A/C was no longer cooling. They were out to our house, which is outside of their typical coverage area, and had the problem fixed by 1:30 PM. We appreciate the professionalism of Tony, Rees, and Mike. Great communication, excellent service. Can't recommend them enough.
My air conditioner went out when we were having 90+ degree days, and Tony was able to get some guys out and get it fixed. The workers he sent out were great and very helpful with tips for maintenance.
