Jim was fantastic. During the heat dome, I never expected to get same day service when our AC suddenly stopped overnight. It was already getting so hot indoors. We were up and running within a couple hours and with very clear pricing expectations. Jim was very kind, patient l, and clearly an expert. Our new HVAC place for sure.
