Tony from PPS was right on time to perform a PM on our Daiken unit. We have been looking for a smaller family run HVAC business in Hendricks county because service, not sales, is their strong point. Polley’s made a good first impression so we bought the annual mx contract.
Polly's is the best. I used them previously and was very pleased with their prior service. Over Labor Day weekend, while I was out of town, I was able to consult with someone via email about an issue with my A/C. Polly's was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Once they came to my home, they quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I wouldn't use anyone else.
Jim was fantastic. During the heat dome, I never expected to get same day service when our AC suddenly stopped overnight. It was already getting so hot indoors. We were up and running within a couple hours and with very clear pricing expectations. Jim was very kind, patient l, and clearly an expert. Our new HVAC place for sure.
