“Brand Heating & Air has been providing service to our home for over 20 years and we cannot imagine working with anyone else. Not only professional and knowledgeable, they are so responsive when concerns arise. Case in point, just a few days ago we discovered there was no heat in the house on a Sunday morning. We called Brand and almost immediately a technician was out to determine the problem. We did need a new furnace, and two days later a Brand-Goodman one was installed along with a new air conditioning unit. The two young men who did the installation were so efficient and took care to keep spaces clean. We couldn't ask for better service and can highly recommend Brand. And it should be noted, that the warranty on our new furnace and ac will be transferrable to new owners when we sell our house...nice bonus!“

“I called Sietsma’s when my furnace was running but not blowing hot air. He came out, worked for an hour or so, and fixed my furnace. He just charged me the call out fee. Couldn’t possibly be happier. I will definitely be calling them in the future, should something else go wrong.“
