I’m absolutely satisfied with the result. I came in this morning for PM service, and they took the unit in right away. Thank you for valuing both my time and yours! It’s a shame I’m rarely in this area—otherwise, I’d come here for every PM service.
They also found a refrigerant leak. At first, it seemed like it would be an expensive repair, but instead of overcharging, the guys took the time to dig into previous repairs, review invoices from other shops, and found the mistake.

First, thermoking in many years that its top notch the people, the mechanics .. There's one thermoking in Michigan. I was home for a week. I waited to take it elsewhere cause them guys in michigan suck. so I found Midwest .. And i'm happy with the experience I had here
