“Two men arrived on time @9:00am and started work on the installation. It was complicated, since they had to remove the water softener and brine tank to get to the target install location. The old leaking tank water heater was successfully extracted. Then they cleaned the floor in the area since it was severely stained from the old water heater (something they didn't have to do, and they did a superb job in cleanup). They re-did the pluming for the placement of the new TANKLESS water heater which was done very well. Installed the new water heater, and explained all the technical details in layman's terms. Re-installed the other items (water softener and brine tank ). Cleaned up the entire area from the front door to the utility room. They were all business.

FYI: I WILL call them again for any pluming issues. They were very professional. A 100% excellent job. They stayed until 4:00pm -ish. THEY DID THE ENTIRE JOB TO COMPLETION WITH NO ADDITIONAL COST, JUST LIKE THE ORIGINAL QUOTED AMOUNT.“

“Summer of June 2025, HVAC system says it’s cooling, but the outside unit and fan was not running. Called up Truth and Comfort. Andrew talked me through what to look for in the unit and found that the Heat pump kept throwing an error code for low pressure. Scheduled an appointment for the next day and he managed to find and repair a pinhole in one of the return coolant lines and save us from having to get a whole new unit. Recharged the system and got us up and running again. Still working strong into 2026!“

“My Guys has been our go-to for HVAC needs for several years. They’re honest, reliable, and responsive in extreme heat and cold situations. They’ve installed a new HVAC system for us and have been maintaining it for years and have also prioritized service calls for any issues.

We recently had landscapers cut a wire on our AC unit while trimming ornamental grass around it. We discovered it when we got home and the house was warm. Given the 90+ degree heat, we called My Guys, and they called us back right away and got us a service appointment for the next morning. Their guys fixed our AC within an hour of arriving and got our house cooled down again.

“Jim is the absolute best! I cannot recommend him and his his business enough. Originally my air conditioner was not working, my dad and I we are Home Depot and got approached by a guy stating that someone could come and look at my air conditioner for $25.00. So I made an appt. When the technician from ARS got to my house it ended up being $109. He stated that the compressor was bad in my 7 yr old unit and that the part would be $4000. My husband’s boss recommended Jim and he was going to install a new unit before he did he checked the breaker and our unit came right on. Turned out we just need a new fuse in the breaker box for our ac unit. So he went and got us one $60 part. When I got home from work the ac wasn’t working so my husband called Jim and he went over things with him and then he drove 2 hours back to our house at 5 pm because he knew he would be busy the next day just to insure that everything was working correctly. Not only did he take the time to make sure that we were squared away he took time to show my husband everything that he found. We have found our hvac man for life! You will not regret using Jim he is an honest nice small business that will go out of his way for you and your family!“
