The furnace quit working, of course, on a Saturday. We bought a furnace/air conditioner off of Korshots around 21 years ago. Called them on a Saturday, and Andrew was at my door in about an hour. Needed a part to fix it. Came down to paying $1000 for the part or a new furnace. My wife and I figured that we might as well go with the new furnace. Two days later, on Monday, our home is not 59 degrees anymore. Very friendly guys that came to the house. My wife had to deal with them installers and was very pleased with the way they treated her. Anyway, you can see by me calling them 21 years later, I would not call any other heating/air conditioner company.

We have been using Korschot’s for many years for our twice a year HVAC maintenance and any repairs issues that occasionally arise. They are very responsive and all technicians are professional and knowledgeable. I called this morning to report a leaking saddle valve for our central humidifier and four hours later the problem has been resolved and our semiannual maintenance check done at the same time. Trent S. was very professional and courteous. We will keep using Korschot’s.Service: HVAC system maintenance
