Brandon & his coworker were very kind & helpful. They both were very concerned about the problem and how to fix it or investigate what it could be. Brandon from Hoppy Heating and cooling was great! He arrived within 3 hours of the time I called for a repair and 5 minutes before he was scheduled. He explained what was wrong, what had to be fixed, and what could wait. The repair was made quickly. As a woman I am always afraid I will be scammed by repair companies due to commission on sales because it has happened in the past. I feel like I can trust this company to give me an honest quote based on what really needs to be repaired. I highly recommend them and will be using them for any future repairs and service.
