They arrived early in the time window given, which was on the same day we called. They had the parts needed to replace our wax ring in the toilet. They worked quickly and cleaned up the area where they worked. They found that the original installation, 20 years ago, had left some grout in the area where the wax ring should seal. They removed all the grout in the area for the wax ring. This was the first time we used ARS but they are now in our contact list for the future.
