“I needed my outside unit either repaired or replaced. Tim suggested that at the age of the unit, he would recommend repairing it. It was apparently installed in my new house some 8 years ago. Tim said it was a terrible install with the copper tubing being "kinked" instead of with proper connectors and fittings. He and his fellow technician Zach did a great job. They arrived on time and finished on time. He answered all of my questions to make sure I was happy. It was great to have someone in the service industry of his caliber. By the way, I did have another company, Su????s, come first and their only idea was a replacement unit. So, my second opinion with JL Anderson saved me a couple of thousand dollars I believe.”
