“We have been long time customers of JL Anderson and recently had our Spring service completed by Zach. First, a huge shout out to Kitty in the Zionsville office. She handled us better than expected. She assigned Zach to come and make sure all is up and running for the summer as well as Zach checked the furnace and WiFi thermostat. Our ac unit is original to the house which is about 15 years old so I'm pretty sure we will be due for a new one soon. We will not go anywhere else but JL Anderson.Thanks again Kitty and Zach! “Brand Heating & Air has been providing service to our home for over 20 years and we cannot imagine working with anyone else. Not only professional and knowledgeable, they are so responsive when concerns arise. Case in point, just a few days ago we discovered there was no heat in the house on a Sunday morning. We called Brand and almost immediately a technician was out to determine the problem. We did need a new furnace, and two days later a Brand-Goodman one was installed along with a new air conditioning unit. The two young men who did the installation were so efficient and took care to keep spaces clean. We couldn't ask for better service and can highly recommend Brand. And it should be noted, that the warranty on our new furnace and ac will be transferrable to new owners when we sell our house...nice bonus!“
