When I started with his Team I was in pain from head to toe, had barely any feeling in my left leg, my back would spasm, walking was a chore...I was a mess. Dr. Sterchi sat me down and told me he would do as much as he could and his best , but I was probably looking at surgery or at best pain management. There were no surprises or false promises. I followed his plan and instructions. (and let me tell you, some days it was rough!) I began to feel better, walk better, sleep better and my life has been given back to me!! Glad to have a high end med spa like this in Yorkville, no more driving to Geneva or Naperville! Prices are fair and market priced, they do have specials on occasion as well so keep and eye on them on social media!

Coffman Carpet did a great job with our flooring needs. We moved in from out of state and David and Kevin did an outstanding job in pricing, workmanship and timeliness. They were able to complete our hardwood flooring project in a week and allow the painters to get in and do their part. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like valued, long-time customers. My mom was using her walker, and I was a bit frazzled from parking and getting her inside and seated, but the staff immediately made us feel welcome. Since we had never been to this store before and hadn’t checked in online, the manager greeted us right away, explained the process, walked us through the coupons we were using, and let us know exactly what to expect.
I have very long, thick hair and usually only get it colored and styled once a year. I explained that I prefer a dry cut with just the ends trimmed—and that’s exactly what I got, and then some. She also told me about smoothing products they carry, which I already use daily. That made me feel confident in her experience and expertise, because she was spot-on and knew exactly what my hair needed.
I’m due for color soon and hoped to book with her in the near future, but was disappointed to learn they no longer offer color services. She truly was a bright light, and I’m certain I would have loved whatever color or style she came up with. I will absolutely be booking with this manager/stylist every six weeks going forward for my trims—and my mom will be returning as well to see the stylist who made her so happy with her new cut.

Up pulls a truck, with a big trailer, out pours 4 guy, they didn't waste a second getting to work! Lee and his crew were great, they all were very friendly, they put up with me watching in amazement how how much work was put into installing the generator. They all knew their job, and it was like watching a well oiled machine. The install was neatly done, and everything was cleaned up, and checked before they left. The whole process from the estimator Terry, then thru to Mia the office manager, was smooth and very professional. I was incredibly impressed with Joy's cleaning skills. I had just bought my house and the kitchen appliances were left by the last owner. I had been struggling with rust stains on my refrigerator. Nothing I did would get it off. Joy tackled everything with enthusiasm and attention to detail. My kitchen now looks fantastic and Joy miraculously removed the rust! My fridge looks brand new. Our yard had gotten out of control and beyond my ability to restore. Don, Lupe, and the entire K&S team did a great job with a big cleanup project for us this fall, removing invasives, pulling weeds, pruning shrubs, re-edging all the gardens, and transplanting perennials. It looks great and is ready for some new plants in the spring.
I was deep cleaning and realized I needed to get rid of a lot and thought maybe i should rent out a dumpster but never thought how fast and easy and cheap I'd be so it was about 4 pm and thought to myself let me call but I had already said ugh I am going to have to wait till tomorrow because I am calling a bit late now so I have to resume my cleaning AGAIN tomorrow. Nope called and within 30 minutes the dumpster was at my house I was so thrilled because now I didn't have to wait till tomorrow and got everything out the way and sure enough called Tuesday and boom within the 30 minutes it was gone. Such an easy process and super nice customer service. 10/10 def will do again with D&G !!!! Great job

Yesterday, I visited Living Divina Yoga for the first time, and it was also my first time returning to yoga in several years. I was feeling a little nervous about trying a new studio, but I am so happy I did.
Jessica Herrera was the instructor, and she was friendly, welcoming, and uplifting. From the moment I arrived, she helped me feel comfortable and supported. Her encouragement made it easy to reconnect with my practice without feeling intimidated.
What stood out most was how welcoming the studio is to people of all experience levels. I can immediately tell that the instructors genuinely care about the well-being of their students.

I had been practicing yoga for about 4 years, but because of my work schedule I wasn't able to go to many in person classes. So, much of my learning was online on youtube. Last year I decided to find a studio to attend classes, and a friend suggested Sense of Samadhi. After the first class I attended, I loved my experience and decided to continue to take classes here. The teachers and classes are great. I try to come as regularly as I can, and I recommend it to people who are curious and looking for suggestions.
Had a nice and relaxing prenatal massage. He is very good about making you feel comfortable and seems knowledgeable in massage techniques. I will be back for more massages!
