My mom was using her walker, and I was a bit frazzled from parking and getting her inside and seated, but the staff immediately made us feel welcome. Since we had never been to this store before and hadn’t checked in online, the manager greeted us right away, explained the process, walked us through the coupons we were using, and let us know exactly what to expect.
I have very long, thick hair and usually only get it colored and styled once a year. I explained that I prefer a dry cut with just the ends trimmed—and that’s exactly what I got, and then some. She also told me about smoothing products they carry, which I already use daily. That made me feel confident in her experience and expertise, because she was spot-on and knew exactly what my hair needed.
I’m due for color soon and hoped to book with her in the near future, but was disappointed to learn they no longer offer color services. She truly was a bright light, and I’m certain I would have loved whatever color or style she came up with. I will absolutely be booking with this manager/stylist every six weeks going forward for my trims—and my mom will be returning as well to see the stylist who made her so happy with her new cut.

She did a good job of explaining the process and gave me great tips to keep the polish looking good and my nails looking healthy. It took one hour. A tip: the salon is inside the brown building that houses the financial place and it's all the way down the hallway to the right.“
