Ben helped me figure out my water heater problem through phone and pictures texted,. I wasn't getting enough hot water, and my gas valve went bad on a Bradford White 50 gallon tank from 2009. Instead of just replacing the valve, he brought the current model of the same one, the same day, in a few hours. He installed the new one by himself and was very knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. It was a bit pricey, but worth it to get an updated model of such a good tank in a few hours and be assured that with a new tank it wasn't just putting a bandaid on a gash. He never asked me to wait or schedule it later-his service was immediate, and little did he know my health depended on it. Thanks Ben of Principle Plumbing.

I was referred by another great company (Advantage Air. HVAC). Ben was responsive through text and you can tell he's very knowledgeable and genuine. I needed a water heater replacement (non emergency) and Ben was here within just a couple of days. On time, didn't leave a mess, and even reminded me about a corroded valve I had been meaning to replace. 10/10, would recommend.
