I had a fantastic experience at the LA Tan in Yorkville today! I’ve only ever had one spray tan before, so I walked in feeling a bit like a lost puppy. Thankfully, Rebecca (the manager) spotted me right away.
She was incredibly sweet and took the time to explain exactly which tan would be best for my birthday weekend and why. She even walked me to the room to show me exactly where to place my feet and how to pose to ensure everything turned out perfect. She turned a potentially uncomfortable situation into a great one. Amazing experience every time at this tanning salon! The staff are such wonderful people, and the salon itself is fantastic. The manager, Becca, is so sweet, friendly and knowledgeable—she really made me feel so valued as a customer. Highly recommend!
A week ago today I decided to try this salon out to get ready for my sister’s wedding. I haven’t been to a tanning salon in almost 20 years so I wasn’t really sure what to expect. I was blown away by the service provided by Elly! She was so attentive and sweet, extremely knowledgeable & explained each package/ and bed to me, all the different skincare treatments that the salon has to offer. I arrived around 4pm and she didn’t rush me at all, even though they closed at 5pm that day and a bunch of customers were walking in after me.
