Ken and his family took care of some shower issues at our old home before selling and purchasing a new home. At our new home we had Ken come out to install a new sump pump with a battery back up system. Huge Thank you to Monolith Plumbing for providing excellent customer service and a job well done. Due to my misunderstanding I needed backflow testing completed in a few days.
Left a message at night and recieved prompt call the next morning. I was able to schedule right away for late that afternoon. They called when they were on their way.
I didn’t know what to expect but Ken told me what he had to do. He then pointed out an issue that the builder needs to address without trying to upsell it to me.
He completed the service quick. Very easy and I will not hesitate to use them again next year!
Ken came out and took care of a clog I had. He took time to assess the situation first and discuss the repair work with me. He did not offer anything I didn’t need. He was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He explained things well and answered my questions. He wore shoe covers which may be minor to some but mattered to me and he covered the area he was working and cleaned up after. He was kind and personable. We thought the strainer might need replacing but tried an alternative first. I noticed the finest leak afterward and decided it was best to go ahead and replace it so I gave him a call. He even came back out at the end of his other jobs the same day!...read full review
