The quote was so reasonable it made it clear how insane the cost was for our carpet 15 years ago with Luna. You know when you get that good feeling about doing business with a company because of their complete transparency. The process was smooth, he showed up early for our appointment at the home, measured and issued a quote for 3 tiers of carpet for us to decide upon. The installers came, moved very heavy furniture after I disassembled some necessary pieces and tore out the old and put the new stuff in quickly and with great precision.
