All his reviews were positive and his was the best price. “Came out, gave an honest assessment, and were upfront that they were going to be more expensive but offer a transferable warranty, had the parts, and were able to come out the next day, which was a biggie considering it was 2 of the coldest days of they year so far.Installers were prompt, knocked out the project in a day, and cleaned up pretty well all things considered.MAJOR complaint comes from when the financing arrived at my home, a card in my name and a separate card in my wives name. I go through the process of creating an online account for me and see that the agreed upon total is on this card and there is even a little bit of a buffer which is nice considering credit scores. My wife creates an account for her card and her balance shows 0 which makes sense. Not sure why they were able to open an account for my wife considering she is a stay at home mom with no income. Maybe it is something on Wells Fargo end and has nothing to do with Stadtler. Either way pretty shocking and considering the contract I signed was with Stadtler (and lets be honest Wells Fargo doesn't have a great history of playing by the rules) who knows what to believe.I would recommend them for their promptness and overall quality of work so far, just something I think consumers should be aware of.Service: Installation“

“My parents have used Jacobazzi for over 40 years and I have been using them for 25 years. We have had new systems installed to semi-annual service, to any repair needed. We have been extremely happy with having them for our HVAC needs. The job is done right, no re-repairs or any sales pressure. Here is a recent example, my mother is 90 and had her a/c fail on her last week when weather was in the high 90's. They responded the next morning to service the ac, the system was too old, after discussing the needs and options available, we went with a new install which they completed in 2 days, the ac was temporarily running in one day.
