Great experience from start to finish! Chuck, as well as all the technicians who installed my new HVAC system were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. The installation team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean. The technicians took the time to answer all of my questions and explained how the new system works. Any issue that came up after the installation was addressed promptly and professionally. A special shout out to Justin who worked so hard after installation to remedy an issue that arose! Our basement flooded and water got into our furnace and water heater. Matt showed up right on time with good communication on when he was going to be there. He was very knowledgeable and got our system back up and running in no time. He also took the time to check our AC levels to make sure we were going to be good for the upcoming heat wave, which other HVAC companies have failed to do for us in the past. We very much appreciate him and would recommend Cardinal to anyone in need of HVAC services.
