MagTek Mat 8/20/2025 quickly and with a sleuthing eye tracked water dripping from ceiling wall and ruled out my water heater although it was installed 2011. Mat was great in his knowledge experience and ensured that the drip is NOT the water heater. Together we trailed the drip that has slowed yet still present !!! Thank you Mat and MagTek for expertise! Now I have information to proceed in how to get this fixed b4 it becomes a bigger problem.“

“I'd recommend Pure Plumbing, Ken, specifically, for anyone who needs indoor plumbing service. Ken came to my house to replace two 20-year old Bradford White water heaters. He's a great gentleman, very pleasant, professional, and attention to details. When he finished the two new units and filled and started the water heaters, he was suspecting minor water leak from old water lines and watched for a while and we didn't see any. But Ken still decided to re-pipe that portion and went back to pick up his tools again and drained the heaters to re-pipe. I'm deeply impressed with his quality of work, cleaniness of the work area, and patience. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Joe worked with our insurance from start to finish to give them any paperwork (invoices, etc), pictures, updates, etc that they needed throughout the process & took a load of that red tape off my back, making this unfortunate situation a million times more bearable.
