Richard from Berner Plumbing is very professional and he was able to replace our tankless water heater in a very timely fashion even though it is the Holiday season. My wife and I can not thank him and his staff enough. Very reasonably priced also!!! Thank you for being there and he will see Richard for the servicing of the unit in the future.
I contacted Rich after being referred by Bosch 800 service. My tank-less water heater froze in the recent cold weather. Fortunate that Rich was able to stop out later in the morning due to a other call in the area. Would highly recommend Berner Plumbing. Felt they were highly knowledgeable. Thank you again.
