“I am a first time dog owner, they had been my Dog’s Dr since she was born , she’s currently about to be 9 years old, they had answered and help me with any questions I had over the years , they had been on top it , I recently had a little scared with my dog where I had to take her to urgent Vet so to them been close , and even they did a bunch of test of my dog they were unable to find the reason was my dog wasn’t feeling well , the next day I call Arlington park Veterinary Hospital her actually Vet , they told me to bring her in , I did and within hrs her Dr was able to come to a conclusion, put her in the right medication and within hrs my baby was back to jump and run around the house , i cnt be more grateful with them , they had been on top when it comes to Dog health I will highly recommend them“

Aside from the clean facilities and promptness of our appointments, I really appreciated the constant communication by text before, during, and after her procedure. They were very accommodating with pick up schedules. We also had contact with the vet tech and the doc before and after the procedure. In the past at other vets, I felt that there were many hand offs and a lack of communication. Not here. I trust this place and the professionals that work there. I can't say my dog is less nervous, but I am!“

“I love this place! I come here 1-2x a month to use the self dog wash station. It has everything you need and is extremely reasonable at $20. No cleaning up at home! I have also paid for the occasional $20 nail trim, which my dog can be very hesitant about, and the staff handles that very well. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this hidden gem.“

“I used to work as a receptionist for a dog daycare, so I've had to talk to different vets all the time all over Chicago. Now, no longer a receptionist and I have my own puppy; Preiser was one of my top 3 to go to. I HIGHLY recommend, they have a wonderful staff and receptionists. The nurses are so kind, and treated my puppy with so much love. Like, I'm pretty sure my dog loves the vet now. They helped refer me to a specialist and helped me make sure she got the best care. Pricing wasn't terrible at all. The doctor called me personally to discuss my dog which I thought was really thoughtful. Also the lobby is so cute, and welcoming. Sometimes lobbies at vets can be rough, like they can smell, be dirty, have strange colors, and have uncomfortable chairs... but not here. It's so cute and cozy, the sun shines in, there are magazines, comfy sheets, and so much space if you have an uneasy or aggressive pet that needs space from other pets. Also I have to point out that all the plants have their own names it's adorable“

“Amanda is the absolute best groomer my Snickers has ever had! Snickers is a 13 year old Cockapoo with a list of ailments…arthritis, skin growths, heart murmur, heart issues, anxiety, skin issues with shaving, etc. Amanda listened to all of these issues with true concern and understood that just cuz our dog was elderly didn’t mean he didn’t deserve to be treated with gently hands. She even gave me advice on how to continue grooming him. Attached is a picture of him right after … he is smiling!!! I highly recommend Amanda if u have an elderly dog!“

“We've been going to Westchester doggery for years for nail clipping. We now have a long hair dog so for the first time, we went for the whole works, bath, cut, nails - everything. We are very happy with them, good people, great job, very reasonable. Will keep coming back for sure!“
