The entire team is incredibly kind, professional, patient, and genuinely welcoming. From the women at the front desk, to the doctor, to the store manager, everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. You never feel rushed, and they truly take the time to help you.

One thing I especially appreciate is how thorough they are when explaining insurance coverage, pricing, and frame options. The store manager in particular is phenomenal and always takes the time to carefully walk me through exactly what my plan covers, what my options are, and how everything breaks down financially. I’ve honestly never had that level of transparency and care at any other vision center.

During my most recent visit, while picking out new frames, I casually mentioned that my current glasses tended to slide down my face constantly. Later on, without me even asking, the manager took my glasses, adjusted and tightened them properly, and handed them back fixed. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly captures the level of attentiveness and customer care this team provides.
