I have been a patient at this practice since I was 7 years old, which is a LONG time. Dr. Shari is terrific (just like her dad)! She took plenty of time to explain the causes behind my change in vision and offered several alternatives to help.Dr. Shari cares about the whole patient, listens intently, and makes sure I get the care I need, even if she is busy. The staff is terrific, and it is clear they have a great working relationship with the doctors, the patients and each other. This is an excellent optometry practice, and I would not go anywhere else!
Dr. Jurgenson and her staff are super nice and friendly. Dr. Jurgenson is so good at explaining every test she is doing, as well as the results. My contacts got cleaned, and they feel fantastic!!
The glasses I was wearing for three years broke the other day. The left arm fell off splitting away from the frame. So I called Dr. Shari's office and was advised that I should undergo an exam since it had been some time since my last exam. Dr. Shari met with me; and after an initial consultation with one of the doctor's associates, she tested my vision and analyzed the photos of my eyes. Wonder of wonders, despite the time that has passed and my advanced age, there was no change. So I could proceed with new glasses using the same prescription. I wanted the same frame design that I was happy with, and I was happy to hear that the model was still available and had not been discontinued. So I proceeded to order the new glasses. Dr. Shari's associate fulfilled the order very competently and professionally. In a few days I should be happy to see the world again as I did.
