I was greeted with a warm smile by Karla who then took my 5 year-old daughter back She was very patient and explained well what she was doing to her to make her comfortable Dr Desai Is as a very personable Doctor seems like you were talking with a friend. He also made the eye exam very memorable and fun for my five-year-old Karla also took back my 16-year-old son and again explained everything thoroughly doctor also saw my 16-year-old and was talking to him like it was his nephew. I always like to go to a doctor’s office that gives family vibes. I hate to leave the best for last but Araceli the manager so sweet Explained to me everything about My vision insurance my co-pays I felt comfortable and in great hands there as a result I purchased glasses for my 16-year-old son to my surprise She went in the back and was like hey we have the frames i can have them for you tomorrow.I left went to McDonald’s before we pulled out of the driveway of McDonald’s. I got a text to come pick up my sons glasses. Smooth, quick and efficient highly recommend”
