I had a great experience at the vision works in Danada square in Wheaton!! Charles was incredibly busy but took his time with each person, explained things well and was thoughtful and personable. The doctor did a great thorough exam as well.
The store manager Rehman went above and beyond to salvage my weekend after my glasses broke. I was in town visiting friends and family for 5 days when a temple broke off. The frames were a brand and style Visionworks doesn’t carry. He tried a buncxh of ideas that ultimately didn’t work out, but fixed me up with contacts. Lifesaver! Fantastic and friendly service. Highly recommend.
Charles was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Great with kids. They had a very nice selection of affordable frames and worked with our government insurance- it was all covered. We felt very well taken care of.
