Front desk was patient and friendly. I did not confirm my appointment before coming in on a Saturday morning but was able to be seen as a walk in in addition to being offered a quick class on inserting and removing my contacts as a first time user, despite it being Saturday and no classes being schedulded for Saturdays. The store manager Lee was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable alongside Dr. Jani-Konduri. Happy to be a patient here!

I honestly had such a great experience from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable and heard. From the front desk staff, to the technician who did my pre-testing, to the eye doctor, and then the optical team who helped me with my frames, every single person took the time to listen to my concerns and make sure my needs were being met.
