I’ve had my current glasses for longer than I can remember and it was finally time for an upgrade. I’d seen Warby Parker advertised and the Naperville location was convenient for me. Went online, uploaded my prescription and saved a few favorites. As soon as I went to the store, I was greeted by a few friendly staff members who helped me narrow down the ones on my favorites list and pulled a few suggestions for me as well. I appreciated their input and the time they gave me to get opinions from family and friends. I ended up purchasing two pairs and can’t wait to get my new glasses! The process was so straightforward and I’ll definitely be back in the future.
Maria was so helpful. I could not find my receipt to exchange my glasses and it took some time before she was able to find it on my email. She was patient, kind and didn’t
mind taking the time to “investigate” the problem. She put my mind at ease with her sweet personality. She selected a lot of glasses for me to try on and after some time she found the “winner!” My husband and I were very impressed with her helpfulness and professionalism. Thank you Maria!
