Great experience within the Target Optical/ Luxottica North America eye care center within the Target on Diehl Road in Warrenville, Il. Received prompt, friendly & professional care with Jason/ Assistant Store Manager & Mandy, on choosing frames, billing insurance and getting their professional opinions. Met with Dr. Awan and had a wonderful eye appointment, updated my prescription & felt very seen & well taken care of. Educated me at each step. Will definitely be going back & recommending to friends & family!! 5 stars all the way around!!!
The doctor and staff at target is very good and trustworthy and I love it,
but my problem is mandatory eye pictures is not at all good at Paik’s practice. Legally it should not be mandatory. They make us sign the forms to get it done and then it is not covered by our insurance and every time I pay 30 dollars from my pocket. Target/ Dr Paik make it optional. Else I will try to find another place although it make me upset to pay that 30 dollars but I love target and go back to their practice.
I’ve taken both my kids here for kindergarten eye exams and recently returned with my older daughter who was having some vision concerns. I’d 100% recommend this clinic for both kids and adults. Our visit was quick and easy. Everything was super clean and very organized and everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful.
