I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. The sunglasses were perfect. The everyday glasses had a problem. The right lens did not fit correctly in the frame. The Warby Parker staff ordered a new pair (which were perfect) and had it in the store within a week. All the people I dealt with were fabulous. Warby Parker truly earned my future business.
Assistants were very helpful and personable. Took the time to help me pick out 5 frames and eventually complete my purchase. Wide selection of reasonably priced frames. I recommend them highly and suggest experiencing the wonderful Naperville, IL store!
Was a fun experience which I'd rarely say about picking out glasses. Great selection of frames, very helpful and knowledgeable consultant and much better prices than I have previously had to pay. Can't wait to get my new glasses! And it seems there are warranties for the lenses and the frames so I am comfortable with trying out Warby Parker.
