I’ve been shopping with Warby Parker for several years across a few different states, and I was extremely impressed by the Naperville location. My past in-store experiences have sometimes felt a bit awkward, which I didn't mind too much since I only go in once a year, but the team in Naperville completely changed my in-store experience . They were so friendly, genuinely welcoming, and gave honest, amazing recommendations on how different frames looked on my boyfriend who was the most indecisive lol. I’ve had my current glasses for longer than I can remember and it was finally time for an upgrade. I’d seen Warby Parker advertised and the Naperville location was convenient for me. Went online, uploaded my prescription and saved a few favorites. As soon as I went to the store, I was greeted by a few friendly staff members who helped me narrow down the ones on my favorites list and pulled a few suggestions for me as well. I appreciated their input and the time they gave me to get opinions from family and friends. I ended up purchasing two pairs and can’t wait to get my new glasses! The process was so straightforward and I’ll definitely be back in the future.
