Basement flooded and i had no idea what to do. Friend recommended Ambiance as he had good service from them in the past. They had an employee at my place in about an hour and got right to work. Whole job was done within a few days. Hope i have no more issues in the future, but if i do i have their number saved. They also remodeling from what i understand so might start looking into updating my kitchen.
Bob, the owner, is available thru his cell all days. Very positive in all dealings. Every request was addressed very quickly. Matt, project manager, very easily accessible and every person working on project was very professional and experienced. Can not be more satisfied.
Very friendly service. They helped me resolve issues with my insurance agent. They are very receptive to our requests. We had multiple projects going because we had a tree fall on our home which caused rain damage. Ambiance Cleaning & Restoration removed the home debris and dried out our home. We then had rafters, joists, shingles and insulation installed. We had drywall repaired with electrical work. We had carpet and our entire 3/4 inch hardwood floor replaced throughout. We had a paint crew also. Each specific crew did a great job. I highly recommend Ambiance Cleaning & Restoration.
