A different team came out today to pick up their equipment and inspect the area to make sure everything was dry! They also were great people. Erik and his coworker removed all the equipment and cleaned up after themselves as well as helped me move some heavy boxes I couldn’t move on my own! What a wonderful company that has great employees and care so much about helping you through a difficult situation!
I’m super happy with the job NuEra did! My carpets were looking pretty rough , but they came out looking almost brand new. The team showed up right on time, were super friendly, and got straight to work. They even managed to get out a few stains I thought would never come out.
