My family is going through a loss due to a house fire. Omar was the first person to assist us since the damage and has been nothing but professional and empathetic. I can tell we are a priority and he has made himself available for any questions at all times. They have come quickly and started taking out the damages promptly as well as being diligent to salvage what can be restored.

Paul Davis Restoration came the morning after I called and worked quickly to assess the damage and began remediation the following morning. They removed all flooring that was wet on the 1st floor and basement and set up fans and dehumidifiers on both floors that ran until everything was dry. Rich and his team did a great job working with me, the tenant of the impacted space, and the insurance company to coordinate and complete the needed repairs. I found his team to be very flexible with some very specific scheduling needs to keep the tenant's business intact while the work got completed, and the tenant was happy with the quality of the work they did overall.
