Dr. Ness and Dr. Golan have been incredible with my pets. Earlier this year my rabbit had GI stasis, Dr. Golan was very quick to finding the right treatment plan and she was very attentive with my bun. I saw Dr. Ness for follow up exams and he was very communicative and friendly. His knowledge and experience speaks for itself.
The staff treat your animals with respect which goes a long way. The doctors and nurses handled my rabbit with care every time. Usually my rabbit is frightened at the vet but I could see how comfortable she was at Dr. Ness’ office! Only downside is reception can be hit or miss, sometimes they are pleasant and friendly other times cold.

After a very stressful experience with another exotic veterinarian, we brought our 33-year-old African Grey, Alex, to Ness Exotics, and we are so thankful we did.
From the moment we called, they got us in quickly and treated Alex with genuine compassion and care. Instead of making us feel like there were no options, they took the time to thoroughly evaluate him, explain what was happening, and develop a treatment plan.
While Alex is still sick and will likely need ongoing medication and occasional fluid drainage, they gave us hope and a path forward.
