“I have been bringing my birds to see Dr. Ness for close to 30 years. He is hands down the best exotic vet in the Chicago area. He has several other vets that work in his practice, and I trust all of them, but Dr. Ness is definitely my favorite. I needed to bring in my parakeet on an emergency basis, and I was able to get an appointment the same day, which is rare, but I was very thankful. She was able to be treated on the spot and Dr. Ness and the tech answered all my questions about the treatment and follow ups.“

I never feel like they are trying to oversell anything that isn’t necessary, and I feel that my dogs have always received prompt and empathetic care.
