“Dr. Perez and Manny were absolutely amazing! My Best Friend had to come here for services for her dog China with help crossing the rainbow bridge. Their kindness didn’t stop that day, she received a card in the mail with a hand written message. Once coming to pick up China’s remains we both were in complete awe of what we discovered inside the very nice blue bag. A beautiful wooden box containing China, another card with a gold nameplate and a wonderful clay paw print of China. The way which we both were treated while picking up China left me speechless. They truly care and it is evident. Thank you for your kindness, it means so much!“

“My experience with Downer's Grove Animal Hospital was very pleasant. I needed a USDA health certificate to travel with my dog and they were very efficient in getting it done quickly.

Tammy answered all of my questions and prepared everything needed for my dog's health certificate. Dr. Graham did an exam on my dog and had a very kind demeanor throughout our appointment which is always appreciated.

I travel very often with my dog and even still, there's a lot of really confusing information on the web about what's required for specific countries when traveling with a pet (and that can get stressful quick) but Downers Grove Animal Hospital made sure I had all of the information I needed and I ended up getting the health certificate back the same day, which was a relief. Results may vary as the hospital isn't responsible for when the USDA processes the health certificate but I would highly recommend this animal hospital for their overall efficiency and thoroughness.
