We've been blessed to have been cared for by outstanding chiropractors for more than 20 years, so when we moved here from another state, we were concerned about finding that same level of care.After my initial telephone conversation with Dr. Tom, I felt confident enough to make an appointment. He took a great deal of time during the appointment to actively listen to my questions & concerns...most of which had been generated by an overzealous ER doctor who ran a plethora of unnecessary tests & prescribed 3 medications I didn't need, but didn't listen to one word I said. The chiropractic adjustment was exactly what I DID need. Dr. Tom devised a simple plan to correct & monitor the issue. I made a follow-up appointment, which also went well. I've had a couple of adjustments since then, and have also enjoyed a massage, which was wonderful!The whole team at Stelmack Pinpoint Health is great--helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. But wait, there's more! (Sometimes you learn things whilst on a massage table.) Dr. Tom & Dr. Zack have been friends since high school. That's a real plus in my book. We had my 7 year old's birthday party there and I can't recommend Jo's Footwork enough. They were so thoughtful and accommodating. All of the girls had so much fun and they made it as easy as could be.
This is a yoga studio that offers several different types of heated yoga. Some go from warm to very hot. The staff here is really phenomenal, really supportive and just nice people. I think that my form has gotten much better since coming to the studio. They do a 60 Minute version of Bikram Yoga, restorative yoga, but my favorite is the high intensity heated yoga phenomenal workout and gives you a lot of bang for your buck. I also have to say their schedule is awesome. There's always a class when I want one at convenient times. Update 5/29/26 - all still true!! ❤
Bryan did a great job with fillers for the lower face. He spent a lot of time getting it just right. I will be back for other services. I have been getting injections for years and he really knows his stuff.
My magical stylist John Zemen turned my hate for my hair....into true love. I'm 57....and never styled it ever. John gave me this amazing style....the confidence to style it myself....and here I am.... LOVING my hair like no other. I highly recommend a visit with him...the results are VOILA!
