“We discovered our old, worn-out spigot on the outside of our house started to leak, causing our water bill to go up. Another plumber told us the part was too old (1971?) to replace and he couldn’t fix it. So, thankfully, we found Excellent Plumbing. The gentleman I spoke with (Gino or Dino) was very kind. and sent Saul out asap. Saul had all the parts in his truck and had no problem replacing it. He also noticed there was no shutoff valve under the kitchen sink, so he installed one for us. He did a wonderful job and had it done in under an hour. Prompt, friendly, courteous, and professional. “Zack does an excellent job from start to finish, whether big or small projects- it doesn't matter. We provide electrical services to him and he is great to work for. He does it right and does not cut corners (unless you specifically ask him to cut corners, like for our new crown molding!) I asked about a tricky installation to a sloped ceiling at our house. We had called 4 carpenters who said that it was impossible without putting transition blocks in the corners. It was a small job, so we weren't sure that Zack would have time. He said that it was within his wheelhouse and got us scheduled to the first opening he had. Zack texted on the way to confirm and set up tarps once he arrived. After a practice cut and a few modifications, he got to work. He is incredibly patient, but efficient at the same time. When he finished there were a several little triangle cuts in the trash and he never needed the spare 12 footer that we bought just in case. It turned out perfectly and we get all kinds of compliments about our updated great room!“

Additionally they reset the dishwasher which no longer properly opened or closed due to the new countertop.
