“I can't say enough good things about Schreck Kitchens. My wife and I went in with a few questions, looking at options and met Craig. We weren't looking for an entire kitchen of new cabinets but were in need of trying to match some existing cabinets we were reusing and needed just a couple new cabinets for an island we were installing.It didn't matter that we weren't doing the entire kitchen to them, we were treated so wonderfully and the staff was so knowledgeable and professional. Craig helped us every step of the way - answering question after question and never making us feel like a bother. He came by our house - listened to our ideas that we were thinking about and gave us real feedback about what was good, what was bad and why certain things may/may not turn out. He provided us some ideas and things we hadn't considered that worked out wonderfully.In a fun twist - when we tore into the walls of the kitchen during the remodel, we found a paper tacked to the studs - Schreck Kitchens had installed the original cabinets in our home that we were reusing (and adding a few new ones to)! Craig knew the installer as he had just retired recently - but still came in to occasionally help with jobs because he loved doing it. We all shared a laugh over that.The value, knowledge, friendliness and professionalism from Schreck Kitchens is something you don't find often these days. I don't often leave reviews - but in this case, I have to. Our experience here has ensured that if we need any kitchen related stuff / cabinet related stuff? “My wife and I renovated a powder room into a full bath adding a shower. Honea quoted a price upon acceptance of project and held true to it. The shower built replaced a closet by removing an existing wall. All labor seemed to be done without any breaks. Plumbing was routed without changing any existing plumbing. Tile was cut and placed by an artist. My wife and I are very happy with the outcome of the project and with the advice of Eric when we weren’t sure on what we should do the bathroom turned out great. We highly recommend Honea construction. They’ll be doing or kitchen next.“

“Zack does an excellent job from start to finish, whether big or small projects- it doesn't matter. We provide electrical services to him and he is great to work for. He does it right and does not cut corners (unless you specifically ask him to cut corners, like for our new crown molding!) I asked about a tricky installation to a sloped ceiling at our house. We had called 4 carpenters who said that it was impossible without putting transition blocks in the corners. It was a small job, so we weren't sure that Zack would have time. He said that it was within his wheelhouse and got us scheduled to the first opening he had. Zack texted on the way to confirm and set up tarps once he arrived. After a practice cut and a few modifications, he got to work. He is incredibly patient, but efficient at the same time. When he finished there were a several little triangle cuts in the trash and he never needed the spare 12 footer that we bought just in case. It turned out perfectly and we get all kinds of compliments about our updated great room!“

“Furnace inducer went out. Had different HVAC company come out to confirm and quote a truly ridiculous price. Called a couple more and despite the fact I had the model # and serial, nobody willing to quote price unless I paid for a "diagnostic" fee for them to come out. Mid City was willing to do so, the price was less than the original quote and he even suggested an option to try which, if it worked would mean they wouldn't do the work. That option didn't work, and Keith at Mid City ended up replacing the inducer. His honesty and fairness is the type of treatment from the trade industry that we need more of lately. Thanks Keith, already a neighbor will be calling you around AC season.“

“We had reoccurring a water sipping through the wall in the finished basement, and the mold was already growing. Someone recommended Green Way to us. We called Marcin and he was very professional. He came out to assess the problem. He told us that they can work on the exterior so we don’t have to worry about our interior finishes. It took them 3 days of digging to find the crack and fix the problem. Since then we had a few heavy rain storms and our basement is perfect dry. We couldn’t be happier.

“We love our new hallway bathroom and enjoyed working with Synergy. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. I could keep track of plans, schedules, billing statements, etc. via the Builder Trend app but could also reach key members of the team via email, text and phone, which was much appreciated.

Our designer Mel did an excellent job! I had a strong vision for what I wanted for our bathroom, and Mel sought to understand my ideas and made very helpful suggestions. I wanted a cabinetry color that was not the norm, and Mel helped guide me through numerous paint samples to land on exactly the right shade. Mel was very professional and communicative, and I enjoyed working with her.

Likewise, our site supervisor Will was very responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer our questions. We felt at ease that all would turn out well with Will overseeing the project.

The end result is exactly what we wanted. The tile work is extremely well-done. We enjoy the extra storage we now have with the addition of two shower niches and an over-the-toilet cabinet. The bathroom is light and bright! This bathroom was also lacking an exhaust fan, and Synergy installed one and hooked it up to vent through the attic; all went smoothly with that process as well.

Lastly, the Synergy owners offer a post-project meeting to all clients. They seem to truly care about their work and the customer’s experience. We are glad we chose Synergy for our bathroom remodel!“
