“Please educate your drivers on zipper merging, it is the most efficient and safest way to merge into one lane. One of your red pick up trucks blocked both lanes on 59 only causing more of a traffic jam on the road, which technically is illegal in Illinois“

“Hector and the staff were great! Tops' price, service, quality and insstallation were weel done.We had our 20-year-old roof replaced 11/2/2023 by Top to Bottom. All in all it was a pleasant experience.Quoting:• Called 4 local roofing contractors 9/18 for quotes to replace the roof• Received 3 quotes: One contractor never responded; one contractor flew a drone over the house; two – including Top to Bottom - got up there and did an “old school inspection”.• Inspections done and quotes submitted by 9/22.• Samples of different manufacturer’s shingle styles and colors were quickly supplied to help our decision.• Accepted Top’s quote 9/25. All quotes received were for identical services, but different prices.Customer Service• Top suggested I file an insurance claim because there was evidence of wind and hail damage. While they are not the least expensive, we were willing to pay more for a better result and fewer project headaches - they delivered. We were very happy with everyone we worked with, in particular our designer, Kimberly, and project manager, Bill. Redoing all the bathrooms in a house is a disruptive project but they did a very good job of minimizing the hassle and mess. We will use them again.“
