“Shout out to Yvette at Olson for kindly answering all of my questions and being super patient with me. I had Lindsay Pinnacle windows installed by Olson 4 years ago, and feel breezes through them. I have a lot of anxiety and never called to have them fixed. I called today and expressed frustration when I was referred to the manufacturer instead of Olson taking care of it, but Yvette took the time to explain to me the ins and outs of window parts and what is under installation vs. product warranty.
