The estimate process and job execution and quality of work were excellent. The ONLY shortcoming was communication to our HOA during and at the end of the process. Materials were left on a front lawn over a weekend with NO communication regarding its disposal. One of our residents began personally disposing of things before a call to IOC confirmed these things would be picked up on Monday. This was a minor mishap in an otherwise flawless job.

We recently had IOC do a renovation of our 20-year old party room in our condo building. Their designer, Bailey, was a lifesaver. She did a great job of walking us through the project, making just the right suggestions, and the end result is amazing. IOC’s crew was professional and skilled.
