“I was completely at a loss on who to call and trust with the work I needed on the scary crack I noticed in my garage foundation . I did some searching online and came across Family First Restoration. The reviews across different platforms were consistent on what a pleasure it is to do business with this company.Felicia, the office manager, was one of the most pleasant and helpful persons I've encountered (she is also prompt in getting back to me). She asked that I text her a picture of the crack and she'll forward it to Martin (the owner). Martin reviewed the information and came out the next day to evaluate the situation.He said if there's one crack there has to be another. AND you know what? There was another crack that I didn't even notice. The price was good (it was in my expected range) and I scheduled the work. I asked him about a preventative solution to avoid further disruption and he came up with a plan and quote for a drainage system.The day of the job Martin and his employee Ruben came out to complete the project. “Fernando JR \\u0026 SR were over to perform a quote for drain tile and they identified our structural support was less than ideal and possibly dangerous. They replaced the rotted wood beam that was not supporting the structure at all and the remaining metal ones (one bent). Respect to contractors that identify other issues for you outside of the job that they're originally quoting.“
