Worked mainly with the owner's son on getting our roof done. He was very friendly and responsive to communication. Same goes for the office staff. They were a pleasure to deal with and helpful navigating things with insurance and mortgage companies. They accommodated my specific requests for the gutters even though they had to specially make some pieces for us. Only thing negative I can say is the length of time it took to complete the work, but that was due to the break on exterior work over the winter months.
EDP did a good job communicating with me throughout the process. There were no tricks or changes along the way. The new roof and gutters look great. I will update again in the future if I need to contact them for warranty repairs.
EDP overall was great! The only negative thing I could say would be with the coordination on dates workers would be onsite. Dates would change for whatever reason with no update to me. That being said , the work and staff was great!
