He came out to do the assessment, explained the process, made it easy to understand and worked with the insurance adjuster multiple times to get the outcome he believed was necessary to resolve the damage to our roof. I also worked with Morgan and Erika from the office. They are both so sweet! They kept me updated every step of the way and answered any questions I had along the way. Teddy came with the crew the day of the job and was also so nice! The crew did a great job! Everything done in one day. Our initial meeting with our sales agent, Sue Dentzman, and the insurance adjustor was very thorough and extensively complete with pictures and drone footage detailing the condition of the roof and gutters.
