“Can't say enough good things about Jason and his crew. I've had him do work for me 3 times now and I've never been disappointed. Last year, our heat quit 3 days before Thanksgiving, but they had Billy out by the end of the day. He diagnosed a bad pressure switch that was out of stock, but found a substitute to get us heat until the replacement could come in. Our ac went out on Sunday and I made the mistake of calling a competitor that was open on the weekend, not realizing that Armstrong had an after hours on call service. They quoted me an astronomical figure for recharging the system and tried to convince me to buy a new unit. Jason searched for this supposed "aggressive leak" and couldn't find one. He added a few lbs of refrigerant, cleaned my unit, and told me I didn't need to buy a new unit for a while as it was only 10 years old and in working condition. He also came in $400 cheaper than his competitor for the same service. Honest business practices and repairs, not just salesmen out to make a quick buck. Within about six hours we began noticing a freshness in the air we were breathing, the cooking smells from dinner never made it to the living room, and were gone by the time we sat down for dinner.
