Joey responded immediately when I messaged him. They didn’t have openings today at the moment, but he said he’d stay in touch. 30 minutes later, he called to say they could get us in! They came within an hour of the first contact and had us up and running 30 minutes later! We’ll definitely call Rowland for our future needs!
Heat went out Friday night, Saturday Joey came out and looked at it. Needed a new unit. First thing Monday he was back with everything and I have heat! So grateful he was able to work quickly and get everything running.
Joey is a really good guy, has very fair pricing, keeps his word, & cares about people. I've used him for years on my rental properties, he's a good communicator, & is great at diagnosing when systems are not working right. I highly recommend you at least get a bid from him before hiring anyone to do heating & cooling work.
