We had Bratcher install a new Lennox central AC last year, and went with them to perform yearly checks on that and our furnace. Techs are always on time, professional and competent. When you can share fishing stories with another guy, it's even better.Service: HVAC system maintenance

My wife and I got back from vacation and our house was 88 degrees. I called Bratcher that night and they had my AC replaced within the next 3 days. They were very responsive and polite and moved us up their calendar. Every visit was within the window they gave us and they called to let me know they were on their way. 10/10 will use again.
