Comfort Specialists Inc. has been taking care of customers' furnaces and air conditioning since 2010. Customers pay for the additional maintenance every year, and it is worth it in every way. They love their air, furnace, humidifier, and whole house fan. The experience of getting a furnace and AC replaced was great, with super helpful staff. The new Trane system is loved. Customer service is very good, with extremely professional communication about trip charge and diagnostic fees. The company comes highly recommended for excellent work, always being reachable, and having a true professional as the owner. Customers chose Trane because their old one worked fine. The old system was taken out and the new one installed in about 7 hours, with customers hardly knowing they were there. The new furnace is quieter and keeps the temperature more even. When a furnace stopped working, they correctly advised not to fix it, as both systems were 33 years old. They were very professional and taught customers things they did not know about their heat and air system. They provided expertise and advice on heating issues, and are highly recommended for their honesty.
Our pretty old outdoor condenser went out a few weeks ago, and after another company pushed for a full system replacement, Mark gave us an honest assessment of what actually needed to be done and what could wait for now. His straightforward approach saved us from unnecessary expenses, and the quote was much more reasonable. We really appreciate him and will definitely be calling Comfort Specialists for any future HVAC needs.

Very good customer service! Spoke to them today regarding getting a quote and they were extremely professional, explained the trip charge / diagnostic fees, and communicated that a manager would be in touch soon.
Although I have not yet had work done by these folks, they did come highly recommended - I was told they do excellent work, are always reachable, and Mark (the owner) is a true professional.
