“We called Garber in November to look at our furnace. For years, every winter it would eventually act up and other companies came, did routine maintenance and said you’re good to go. But it never fixed the problem. Garber was the first and only company to tell us the furnace was too big for our house, the gas pressure was too high, and there were deeper problems. They installed a new, 2 speed furnace for a reasonable price. Easy to work with and everyone was super nice. Highly recommend!“

“I have had them out a couple times trying to find a leak in the air conditioning. They have been on time and polite. Fixing the problem each time and cleaning up after themselves. The two today were up and down the basement stairs removing parts and cleaned everything up and turned off the lights when they were done. I was even told ahead of time who would be at my house and their names. Spot on! Will continue to use them for all my heating and air conditioning.“

“Can't say enough good things about Jason and his crew. I've had him do work for me 3 times now and I've never been disappointed. Last year, our heat quit 3 days before Thanksgiving, but they had Billy out by the end of the day. He diagnosed a bad pressure switch that was out of stock, but found a substitute to get us heat until the replacement could come in. Our ac went out on Sunday and I made the mistake of calling a competitor that was open on the weekend, not realizing that Armstrong had an after hours on call service. They quoted me an astronomical figure for recharging the system and tried to convince me to buy a new unit. Jason searched for this supposed "aggressive leak" and couldn't find one. He added a few lbs of refrigerant, cleaned my unit, and told me I didn't need to buy a new unit for a while as it was only 10 years old and in working condition. He also came in $400 cheaper than his competitor for the same service. Honest business practices and repairs, not just salesmen out to make a quick buck.
