Highly recommend. Fair pricing, prompt and clear communication. Our A/C went down in a heatwave and they made it out quick and worked to get an install scheduled ASAP. Even gave us a couple loaner window units for free to get by. Installation was quick and well done. Locally owned and operated which is a plus in my book.
I highly recommend Barrick-Oltman. The customer service is extraordinary. They are very knowledgeable. Their expertise was evident. They explained everything to me in a way that was understandable. They were very prompt and thorough, and they left the area where they worked cleaner than it was before they started the work. They registered the equipment for us, and they found rebates that were instantly applied. They also provided information for tax refunds. I will be utilizing Barrick-Oltman for annual maintenance and recommending them to friends and family.
Quick response to our heating emergency. Came and gave a detailed and fair quote that met our needs and budget same day that we called. Went over and above our expectations. Quality work, friendly employees, thorough explanation of the installed system. Highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs!
